ACL Digital is urgently hiring for strong & passionate lead Python Programmer/Coder in Bengaluru.

Position: Lead Python Developer/Programmer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team and help build and maintain large-scale applications. This role combines deep technical expertise with system architecture and leadership capabilities.

Role Description:

As a Senior Python Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain complex Python applications that handle significant data processing and real-time communications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Python applications with a focus on maintainability and performance
• Lead technical implementation of major features and system components
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Optimize application performance and ensure high reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues
• Contribute to technical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python
• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale Python applications
• Strong expertise in working with complex JSON data structures, including serialization and deserialization
• Deep understanding of Python best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Experience with unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with asynchronous programming using asyncio or Tornado
• Knowledge of socket-level network programming
• Experience with embedded system emulation

• Python 3.x

• RESTful APIs
• Linux/Unix environments
• Docker and containerization
• Automated testing frameworks
• SQL databases
