We are seeking a Senior Manager Strategic Alliances and Partnerships to lead our efforts in building and expanding a robust network of alliances to elevate our product ecosystem, enter new markets, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with strategic partners, including SaaS providers, HR tech platforms, EdTech companies, and LMS providers.
Align partnerships with ACHNET s long-term goals to enhance the product ecosystem and expand market reach.
Alliance Strategy:
Define and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy to strengthen ACHNET s offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless integration of partnerships.
Market Expansion:
Lead geographic expansion efforts by securing partnerships in key regions (GCC, US, Europe, APAC).
Develop market-specific alliances to support ACHNET s international growth objectives.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue through strategic alliances by creating new business models, expanding product offerings, and entering untapped markets.
Negotiate agreements that ensure mutual value and align with ACHNET s business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the leadership team to align partnership initiatives with business priorities.
Develop business cases and proposals to secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
Technology Integration:
Oversee the integration of partner products into ACHNET s platform, ensuring a seamless and value-driven user experience.
Collaborate with the Product team to leverage APIs and other technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent engagement and mutual benefits.
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance using key metrics and analytics.
Industry Representation:
Represent ACHNET at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance visibility and identify new partnership opportunities.
Act as a thought leader to promote ACHNET s brand and vision.
Qualifications:
Experience:
8+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or partnership roles, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, EdTech, or related industries.
Proven success in forming and managing revenue-generating partnerships with global tech companies, startups, and enterprise clients.
Skills and Competencies:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and execute long-term partnership strategies.
Negotiation Skills: Expertise in structuring and closing complex partnership deals.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, SaaS models, and the career development landscape.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with APIs, technology integrations, and SaaS environments. Experience in HR tech or EdTech markets is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage teams or external vendors to deliver results within deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution is highly desirable.
