Application Support Developer Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Providing application support for customer-facing or internal applications

Trouble-ticketing and resolving problems highlighted by application users

Undertaking break-fix development activities to resolve operational issues with application performance

Service level tracking

SQL and NoSQL scripting of bespoke client requests

Knowledge and Experience required

Minimum 3 years experience of working in a structured Application Support or development environment.

A successful track record in an application support role, with a proven expertise in troubleshooting issues.

SQL, NoSQL (desirable), Graph Database (Neo4j desirable)

Development of .Net, C#, Web development, JavaScript, Angular (desirable)

Technical troubleshooting to code level for root cause of issues

Experience of using Code Source Control (example TFS, VSTS)

Understanding and experience of Office 365 and APIs`

ITIL or equivalent application support model (desirable)

Qualifications and Training

IT degree or equivalent experience

Training and successful completion of relevant courses
