Position Overview:

As a Human Resource Intern focusing on recruitment, you will work closely with our HR team to support the recruitment and selection process. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to learn about various aspects of recruitment while actively contributing to our hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Job Posting: Help create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
• Recruitment Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the recruitment database and tracking candidate progress.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and organizing recruitment-related documents, etc.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.
