\Role Title: Senior Officer Finance / Assistant Executive Finance

Department: Corporate Direct Taxation

Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Job Objective: Preparation of financials and MIS report of corporate entities and their Income tax and FEMA compliances.

Primary responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financials of Directors, their family members, LLPs, Partnership Firms, Companies and Family Trusts.
• Preparation of quarterly report of Directors and family members.
• Checking of all receipts and Payments vouchers and passing of Journal entries of Directors family members and other corporate entities.
• Checking of all BRS of all Directors, their family members and other corporate entities.
• Preparation of Advance Tax of all Directors, their family members and other corporate entities.
• Preparation of Tax Computation and Income Tax Returns of all Directors, their family members and other corporate entities.
• Monthly Supervision of Accounts of Reflections and Nepean Holding Realty LLP.
• FEMA compliance- LRS, ODI and APR filing.

Competencies:

• Technical Competency: Accounting Knowledge, Knowledge of Tally ERP 9, Knowledge of Income tax and FEMA, SAP and MS office.
• Leadership Competency: Good verbal communication.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum Requirement Level of Education: B. Com or M.com
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in handling accounts, preparation of financials and Income Tax.
