Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic and planning

• Assure quality flow well executed in assembly stages and In process QA checks
• Train technician on shop floor for quality products
• Work with Design for Chipless assembly of the machine.

Functional Core

• Technically competent and proficient at understanding machines
• Well versed with productivity & quality improvement concepts like TQM, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.
• Strong Business Acumen
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Solid working knowledge of MS office applications and should be well versed with the SAP.
• Awareness about ISO 9001:2015
• Basic understanding of quality management systems, Pharma quality standards (GLP, ICH-Q10, GMP), testing techniques, and processes in use with the ability to apply this understanding in routine situations.
• Basic understanding of the production value chain of the related products

Internal process

• CAPA for issues reported from the market.
• Conduct FAT with the customers (Domestic / Export) to get the acceptance before delivery.
• Study URS of each machine to complete customer compliance.
• Product feasibility trials.
• Inspection and trials of special purpose application products.
• Visit customers site for product setting, Commissioning, setting up machine.
• Compilation of validation documentation machines
• Development of test protocol.
• Product demonstration
• Launching new products after thorough validation and field trial.
• Stabilization of existing products in the field.
• Modernization of quality assurance department.
• Documentation of QA analysis

People development

• Training of customers, Agents, service engineers, and non-technical staff
