Position Summary. A Research Associate has to work on planned Lab Experiments, Collecting, analyzing and compiling data and communicate with towards develop a cost effective process for fine chemicals / excipients via process feasibility study, optimization, lab validation and scale up



Responsibilities will include:. Execution of Daily Lab Experiments as per planning. To develop a cost-effective process for fine chemicals / excipients via Literature search, process feasibility study, Route selection, optimization, lab Process validation and scale up

To work on Different ideas for Process improvement, Process development, Process yield factor, Effluent reduction etc

To ensure online documentation like LNB writing etc

Synthesis and Isolation of Genotoxic, Nitrosamine, Elemental and other potential impurities

Responsible for Lab Safety while Experimentation as well as handling and disposal of chemicals and report all unsafe conditions to their supervisor or safety committee as soon as is reasonably possible

Required Experience & Knowledge. Sc + 1 year experience. Supervisory
