- CSR Policy Development: Assisting in the formulation and review of the companys CSR policy, ensuring it aligns with legal requirements and the company's values and objectives.
- Board and Committee Support: Providing support to the Board of Directors and CSR Committee by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records.
- The CS also ensures that the CSR Committees recommendations are communicated to the Board.
- Budget and Financial Oversight: Monitoring the allocation of the CSR budget and ensuring that the funds are utilized as per the approved plan.
- The CS also ensures that accurate records of CSR expenditures are maintained.
