Roles And Responsibilities. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, utilizing various recruitment channels and job portals.. Process payroll accurately and on time using Keka HRMS, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).. Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as entry and exit formalities, induction programs, and maintaining accurate employee records.. Support performance appraisal systems, career development initiatives, and policy updates to ensure alignment with labor laws and company policies.. Handle daily office operations, vendor coordination, and event organization, ensuring a safe and functional workplace.. Maintain administrative and employee documentation in an up-to-date and organized manner.. Liaise with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other administrative needs.. Assist the business development team with market research, lead generation, proposals, and stakeholder coordination.. Required Skills. Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.. Proficiency in Keka for payroll, recruitment, and HR management..
