Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Identify opportunities through Tele calling, marketing events & advertisements to generate enrollments.

- Convert leads into sales by resolving student concerns and guiding them through the enrolling process.

- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.

- Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.

- Maintain sales records and provide sales reports on regular basis.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.

- Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure progression of leads from identification to closure.

- Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly closure by continuous follow-up.

- Providing counseling to students and help them choosing the right learning module.
