Job Description: YouTube Channel Manager

Position: YouTube Channel Manager & Video Production Specialist

Location:Bangalore

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to manage and grow our

YouTube channel while overseeing video production and strategy. As the YouTube Channel

Manager & Video Production Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging

video content, ensuring its quality, and driving channel growth. You will also work closely with

the digital marketing team to support video-related campaigns and launch educational

programs like paid test series.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Channel Management:

1. Develop and execute a content strategy in coordination with teachers and subject

matter experts.

2. Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including:

○ Scheduling video recordings.

○ Aligning video editing and post-production workflows.

○ Uploading and publishing content on YouTube.

3. Optimize videos for YouTube SEO to ensure high visibility and audience growth.

4. Track channel performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to increase

engagement, subscribers, and overall channel growth.

Video Production Coordination:

1. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create promotional and

campaign-related videos.

2. Lead a team responsible for video recording, editing, and ensuring the timely delivery

of high-quality content.

3. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and quality across all video content.

Educational Product Launches:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage the launch of paid test series or similar educational

programs.

2. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns related

to product launches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in YouTube channel management, content strategy,

and video production (minimum 23 years preferred).

• Technical Skills:

○ Understanding of video production process

○ Understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and optimization strategies.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and

deadlines effectively.

• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with educators, creative teams, and marketing

departments.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust

strategies for growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the educational sector or experience in creating academic content.
• Knowledge of digital marketing practices, especially video-based campaigns.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
