Position: Recruitment (IT & Non IT) & Database /Research Executive
Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post Graduate with a strong command of English and a positive learning attitude.
Experience: Freshers welcome; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

Work Environment:
No specific targets or work pressure.
We emphasize enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive learning atmosphere.

Salary offered: Rs.16K to 25K (In Hand)
Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (No overtime)
Job Location: Mayur Vihar, Phase-1, Delhi (Near Pocket-1 Metro station, Pink line)

Desired Candidate:
1. A recent graduate with a sincere, diligent, and eager-to-learn attitude.
2. She must possess strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
3. She must be proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
4. Comfortable with calling and engaging with candidates.
5. Characteristics: Articulate, adaptable, disciplined, patient, a good listener, diligent, and respectful.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Source profiles from Naukri.com & LinkedIn.
2. Call candidates to brief them on job roles and company
3. Collect candidate information, including present/expected salary, reasons for change, job responsibilities, technical skills, preferred job location, notice period, and joining time.
3. Work on mid to senior-level positions in IT and non-IT sectors.
4. Prepare recruitment tracker in excel.
5. Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates with the clients.
