Job Description

1. Candidate should be master in all day today activities in Quality Department.
2. Coordinating Internal Audits & Management Review Meetings.
3. Visits to customer and customer complaints handling.
4. Candidate should have a experience on IATF/ Customer Audit handling and documentation
5. Motivating & Imparting training to subordinates.
6. Initiative actions to reduce rejection, rework & complaints through coordinating with concerned dept.
7. Supplier Quality Improvements.
8. Maintaining, reviewing in process & final inspection process to achieve zero complaint target. Candidates should have a knowledge of in process Quality, CAPA, 8D, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Supplier Quality Audit, EMS, OHSAS documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Applicants should BE Mechanical with minimum 10-15 years of manufacturing experience. preferred age below 50 years.
2. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and EMS 14001 is must. Qualified lead auditor/internal auditor on this system is preferred.
3. Awareness on APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, 5S, Kaizen, product & Process Audit
4. Independent handling of QA/QC activity as HOD .
5. Good communication skills with proficiency in English language, ability in problem solving techniques.
