Job Summary

Production Supervisor is responsible for Machine shop (CNC & Conventional machines) ensuring adherence to 5s & EHS, monitoring daily performance and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring optimum utilization of equipment,
• Ensure applicable product quality, product safety, and workplace environmental, health and safety (EH&S) requirements are met
• Provide daily supervision and support of employees in the respective work cell(s)
• Perform near miss and accident investigations
• Review and report all daily production records, Direct Machine Operators and support personnel in compliance with daily work schedule
• Ensure all direct reports are following all current safety regulations

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

• This position will be based fully onsite.

• Need good knowledge to handle CNC & Conventional process technics.
• Ensures correct process with safe working
• Ensuring that good housekeeping is always maintained
• Continually upgrade safe workplace practices
• Organising designated manpower under his / her control
• Lead by example to ensure employees work as a cohesive team with a positive, can-do attitude towards goals and objectives policies and procedures of the Corporation
• Be familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on area chemicals and ensure familiarity of employees with MSDS use.
