Job Location: HSR, Bangalore Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, ensuring regular communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Account Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end client onboarding, program implementation, and ongoing support.
    • Track and monitor client engagement, providing updates and recommendations to optimize outcomes.
    • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
    • Prepare and present account performance reports, progress updates, and recommendations to clients.
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and work with the sales team to drive upselling initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Leverage advanced MS Office skills to create detailed reports, presentations, and data-driven insights.
    • Maintain accurate client records, track key metrics, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Independence & Proactivity:
    • Work independently to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results with minimal supervision.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement in client engagement and suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or B2B industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
