Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

1.Coordinate and Monitor Invoice Preparation by the Team.

2.Create Sales Outstanding and Coordinate for Realization with Sales Team/Customers/Customer Portals.

3.Handle all Transactions Happening thru Customer Portal.

4.Create /Maintain Cost Centre/GL Account for Financial Accounting in ERP/Tally.

5.Responsible for all Financial Transactions to be transacted in ERP/Tally.

6.Calculate and Disburse all Incentives as per Norms.

7.Work on all Installation Expenses and Disbursement , Generate Site Expenses and Compare
with Budget and Present to Management.

8.Reconcile Customer Ledger and Ensure all Queries of Customers are Resolved.

9.Report As per Desired Frequency the Sales Figures with Year on Year Comparison.

10.Handle all Bank/Financial Institutions/LIC/Gratuity Activities and Reconciliation.

11.Coordinate for Import and Export Shipments.

12.Calculate All PF/ESI/IT Payable and Ensure Timely remittances.

13.Ensure Input of Advances/deductions in ERP for Salary Calculations

14.Distribution of Salaries in all Modes.

15.All Finance MIS Report Generation and Presentation including Expenses per Month.

16.Handle all Activities relating to Fixed Assets of the Company-Rental, Statutory Compliances.

17.Maintain All Financial Policies, Procedures, Internal Controls.

18.Coordinate and regulate all Financial Statutory Audits.

19.To be Updated in Accounting Regulations and Statutory Compliance

20.Coordinate with Auditor for finalizing P&L.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Should Have Through Knowledge about Accounting.

2.Ability to work with the Team.

3.Candidate Should Be Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-10 Years Experience in Accounting and Finance Activities.

4.Should Adhere to Process Specified and Maintain Proper Documentation and work with ERP and Tally
