Role & responsibilities :
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :
- Managing the portfolio of Dealers and End-Users to achieve sales & service revenue targets with on-time payment collection (Including upselling and cross selling).
- Generating additional business (through new products, service & tread belts) using existing and potential customer networks.
- Developing positive relationships, handling customer's needs and being a consultant to ensure sustainable and long-term business.
- Focus on Big Fleets with a Service approach to entice the customer with reduced operating cost and provide one stop solution.
- Align sales and service goals with the overall opportunities mapped for the territory.
- Enhance the opportunities insights Creating segment and portfolio wise targets and defining growth buckets.
- Focus on opportunity mgmt stages (Open, Proposal, Negotiation and Closed Won/Lost) and improve the win rates (Closed won).
- Thorough knowledge of company's Products and recommending right product to the right customer with proper segmentation.
- Customer service to be focused on priority, which creates a strong brand reliability, and this can be measured through NPS.
- Having complete understanding of Competition footprints and industry awareness Identifies related industries that may have an impact on own industry.
- Reaches amicable solutions in straightforward, formal negotiations with internal or external stakeholders.
- Selects an approach to negotiation based on an understanding of each party's interests and priorities.
- Develops and executes channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage consumer insights to drive increased consumer preference and customer activity.
- Works with sales strategy and planning partners to ensure forecast accuracy, maximization of opportunities and development of plans to deliver against organizations objectives.
- Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
