Job Responsibilities:
Hands on experience on handling monthly bank reconciliations, expense tracking, month-end and year-end reporting task.
Should be excellence in monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of cash in hand
Skilled in handling audit assignments, pivotal in collating and validating inputs required for audits and sharing the same with the audit team, coordinating for queries raised by auditors and successfully completing audits within agreed timeframes.
Able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities as per the requirement
Assist in the daily banking requirements, maintaining cash and bank for local accounts.
Preparing bank reconciliation statement
Ensuring timely and correct accounting of all the transactions from a statutory as well as MIS perspective and regularly review the accounting process.
Review of Budgets Vs. Actuals based on systems output and variance analysis of the same.
Handling the preparation of MIS reports and debtors, creditorâs reconciliation
Computing and arranging for timely deposit of taxes (Sales Tax, Service Tax, TDS, PF, PT, and GST); filing the returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance.
Assist in preparation and finalization of Companyâs standalone and consolidated statement of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet and liaising with statutory auditors for audit of annual financial statements.
