Job Description - Accounts Manager

candidate should have Inter CA qualification.

• To oversee & also Prepare, maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Monthly MIS for financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and conduct reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance to senior management.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Track and manage daily cash flow by overseeing incoming receipts and outgoing payments.
• Assist in forecasting cash flow requirements, ensuring there is enough liquidity to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely cash deposits and withdrawal management.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements include TDS, GST, & Profession Tax, etc.

Income tax: -

• Preparation of advance tax working on quarterly basis and discuss with management and ensure payment of the same before due date.
• Filing of Income Tax returns
• Checking GST and TDS, PT working before making the payment monthly basis.
• Provided working for Income tax notices received and maintaining tracker for the same.
• Working Knowledge of International Taxation is Preferable.

USA Tax: -

• Preparation of estimated tax working for US tax return on quarterly basis
• Prepared working required for USA return filings and ensured timely filing of returns before due date.
• Tracking LRS transfer to utilize in full and also preparing necessary work for transfer of Current Income and co-ordination with banker and CAs to complete the same.
• Ensure compliance with respect to Company Secretarial work including Trust & LLPs
• Maintain strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all payment and receipt processes.
• Assist in audits by providing documentation and reports related to AP and AR transactions.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime & Microsoft Tolls is a prime requirement.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and recommend improvements to payment and receipt processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve cash flow management.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies that can optimize payment and receipt operations.
