Accounts Executive

Role and Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions

Record financial transaction

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statement

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

Reconcile general ledger accounts and banks

Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxations

GST Computation and Return fillings

Familiar to Statutory Compliances- PF, PT, TDS etc.

Co-ordinate and ensure proper controls in the Accounts Payable and Receivables

Support and assistance to internal and external auditors

Identify potential discrepancies, and reconcile them by collecting and analyzing data

Compile comprehensive reports with accounting team

Perform other tasks as assigned
