Responsibilities This position is ideal for a driven sales professional committed to exceeding revenue targets and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include: Exceeding Revenue Targets: Increase revenue spend for assigned accounts by surpassing sales metrics.

Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions and engagements.

Territory Account Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic territory account plan outlining ongoing sales strategies.

Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to understand customer needs and align them with Keysight s product, service, and solution offerings.

Sales Process Management: Drive the sales process, managing opportunities and resolving complex issues by coordinating with technical staff, divisions, and other teams.

Opportunity Identification: Regularly identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and take appropriate actions to secure them.

Sales Funnel Development: Build and maintain a robust sales funnel showing consistent growth and delivering steady sales outcomes.

Demand Generation: Create innovative plans to stimulate demand for Keysight s products and services.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new solutions, applications, and technologies in the field.

Qualifications To excel in this role, candidates should possess: Experience: Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering CSE/ECE.

Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience.

Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in test tools, networking products such as switches, routers, firewalls, cloud solutions, and security solutions.

Prior experience of selling to major global and domestic NEMs.
