Account Manager-Revenue Cycle

Role & Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry best practices
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with Practice (Client), serving as the main point of contact for their revenue cycle needs.
• Proactively address inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with Practice (Client) to understand their unique requirements and work with standard operating procedures of revenue cycle.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing the end-to end revenue cycle process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing, claims processing, and payment collection.
• Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve clients financial health.
• Provide regular updates to Practice (Client) regarding the status of their accounts, keeping them informed about financial matters and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Deliver clear and concise explanations of complex billing and revenue cycle processes, ensuring Practice (Client) have a comprehensive understanding.
• Continuously assess the revenue cycle process, identifying areas for enhancement and streamlining. - Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and adaptability.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue cycle performance's ensure compliance and adaptability.
