Team Lead(Revenue Cycle Management, US Healthcare,Accounts receivable)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
• Oversee medical billing processes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Lead a team of RCM professionals in claims adjudication, denial management, and revenue cycle management.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving cash flow and reducing bad debt.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-10 years of experience in US healthcare industry with expertise in RCM, AR calling, medical billing, claims adjudication, denial management, and team leading/management.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and their application in the healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
