Accounts Manager

Look After Overall Accounting Process Of Construction Business, Knowledge Of Excel, Tally And GST Mandatory For The Post.

Person Has To Work Closely With Ca And Other Accounting Processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor and manage the companys cash flow, identifying potential financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Accounting Operations:
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Maintain an efficient system of accounting controls to protect the company’s assets and reduce financial risks.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of accountants to ensure accurate and efficient completion of accounting tasks.
• Oversee the performance of junior accounting staff, providing guidance and feedback on their performance and professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage teamwork and continuous improvement within the accounting department.
