Accounts Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review general ledger, fixed asset accounts, and journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, and intercompany reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Assist in record-to-report (RTR) process by maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to GL accounting as required.

Job Requirements :

• 1-12 years of experience in GL accounting or similar role.
• Proficiency in Cash Apps, Invoice Processing, Intercompany Reconciliation, R2R (Record-to-Report), RTR (Record-to-Report).
• Strong understanding of fixed assets accounting principles.
