Key Responsibilities: System Design and Implementation: Design and implement Windows Server environments based on organizational requirements. Deploy and configure servers, Active Directory, and related services. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to safeguard Windows systems from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities. Monitor and address security vulnerabilities, applying patches and updates. Windows Server Administration: Administer and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019). Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and Group Policy. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and conduct optimizations to ensure efficient operation. Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance system performance. Backup and Recovery: Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for Windows systems. Conduct regular backups, perform recovery tests, and ensure data integrity. Scripting and Automation: Develop and implement scripts for automation (PowerShell, batch scripts, etc.). Streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network administrators, security teams, and application developers. Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Contribute to the development and upkeep of the knowledge base.
