Job Description
To manage day to day transactions of the accounts department including verification reconciliation
of general ledger, accounts payable, net banking preparation of reports as part of monthly MIS.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Posting Deposits and Expenses entries on daily basis.
- Performing reconciliations for Checking accounts, Credit cards, and payroll on Monthly basis.
- Performing reconciliations for Merchant account.
- Posting Month end year end adjustment Journal entries.
- Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly financial statements and other management MIS reports as
require.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping using Tally.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements.
- Preparation of reports/Accounting of receipts and payments.
- GST Fillings, Income tax.
Education Experience:
- 5 8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor s or master s degree in accounting or related fields preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Good working knowledge in Tally or any other accounting softwar.
- Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
Skills:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate to effectively
to various stakeholders including senior management.
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
