Senior - Renewal Account Analyst

Job Description Summary As a Senior Renewal team member you will oversee the entire renewal process for existing customer contracts. Your primary objective is to retain and renew customer contracts while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales customer support and finance teams to streamline the renewal process and address any customer/partner concerns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer contract renewal process and present to key clients and senior-level executives to negotiate and close contract renewals.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships to maximize future retention and revenue opportunities.
• Drive contract expansion by creating upsell opportunities and finding creative ways to drive more value in the account at renewal time.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams to meet develop and implement strategic retention plans to accommodate goals.
• Leverage data-driven measures of customer health and proactively communicate with at-risk customers to maximize customer retention.
• Manage account and contact information through the entire customer lifecycle process using salesforce. com.
• Remain highly knowledgeable of GEV products and target industries to facilitate retention efforts.
• 5+ years of Renewals or Account Management experience in a SaaS organization.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to cross-collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with competency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SFDC or similar CRM tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
• German language capability will be preferred.

Required Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Proposals. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• For roles in USA - Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
