US Accounting Manager (Night Shifts)

- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the daily financial operations of the company.

- This role involves managing a team of accountants, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements to support the company's financial objectives.

- The Accounting Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist the AP/AR processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting procedures, ensuring the -team uses best practices and technologies.

- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other departments such as Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure financial alignment across the business.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts; analyze variances and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CA preferred).

- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e. , QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit processes.

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Experience in accounting.

- CA preferred.

- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
