Account Delivery Manager - Domestic Recruitment (10-12 yrs)

Position : Account Delivery Manager - Domestic Recruitment.

Logic Planet is looking for a highly motivated, people-oriented, and ambitious Account Delivery Manager to join our team and provide efficient, smarter hiring solutions to our accounts.

Requirement:

- 10-12 years of experience in domestic recruitment.

- Previous experience in leading large Client support engagements.

- Superior project and time-management abilities.

- Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Should be from IT Domestic Staffing Industry Only.

- Should have good connection with the POCs at client side.

- Experience in building client relationship, overseeing various client engagements, achieving top line as well as bottom line targets.

- Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment.

Duties :

- Responsible for driving team's performance.

- Take ownership of Affirmative Action Plan; understand diversity goals and provide education to hiring managers to ensure and present a diverse candidate slate.

- Responsible for driving business growth and meet weekly/monthly/quarterly goals as set by management team.

- Ownership of full-recruitment cycle and delivery.

- Act as SPOC for all customer escalations.

- Is Accountable for the Total Customer Experience of the customer.

- Conduct regular formal reviews with customer to ensure that customer is satisfied with service delivered.

- Review, analyze, mentor and coach support teams to ensure recruiting goals are being met through a reciprocal approach.

- Build a good network in the job market and able to get good number of references for various super niche demands.
