Accounts Assistant / Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Payments & Entries:

• Update and reconcile bank-related entries in Tally for personal accounts (Bank of Baroda & HDFC Bank).
• Manage entries for payments, receipts, investments, and loans.
• Record journal entries for expenses and credit cards.

Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile personal and company accounts.

Banking and Documentation:

• Prepare banking letters and follow up on account-related processes.
• Handle payments, cheque deposits, and bank statements.
• Manage documentation for visas, locker renewals, KYC updates, and company files.

Reporting:

• Prepare financial reports including STCG, LTCG, cash flow, balance sheets, and P&L.
• Track loan repayments and LIC policy maturities.

Shares/Stock Management:

• Update shareholdings and ledger accounts.
• Manage STCG/LTCG entries and derivatives.

Tax and Audit:

• Handle TDS, GST payments, and self-assessment tax.
• Support audit processes and respond to Income Tax scrutiny.

Personal Account Management:

• Update cash flow and prepare quarterly balance sheets.
• Manage personal accounts, including cheque preparation and locker work.
• Handle insurance renewals, mutual fund entries, and general documentation
