Job Description
- Should be able to liaison with freight forwarders and end customer and ensure that the consignment reaches as per the schedule
- Should be able to correspond with CHA and Freight forwarders for import clearance
- Should be able to handle all queries raised from CHA, FF and close out all transactions.
- Should be able to prepare DC and report MIS as necessary
- Should be able to manage routine tasks with minimum supervision
- Should have clear understanding on HSN codes and review the BoE checklist and provide clearance to CHA to file BOE.
- Process the supplier invoices as per the agreement.
- Process E-way Bill/DC for domestic movements.
