Technical Lead/Architect - Java/AngularJS (7-15 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead/Technical Architect to join our team in Pune. This role will be crucial in guiding the technical direction of projects, mentoring development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities (May include some or all of the following, depending on the specific role focus)

Technical Leadership (Lead Focus) :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence 1 to coding standards and best practices. 2

- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Participate in performance reviews and career development discussions.

- Drive technical discussions and make informed decisions about technology choices.

- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects effectively.

- Facilitate communication between the development team and other stakeholders.

- Resolve technical conflicts and address team roadblocks.

Solution Architecture (Architect Focus) :

- Design and architect complex software solutions that meet business requirements.

- Define technical architectures, frameworks, and patterns for projects.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.

- Collaborate with other architects and technical leads to ensure consistency across projects.

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends.

- Contribute to the development of architectural best practices and standards.

Combined Responsibilities (For roles blending both aspects) :

- Balance hands-on coding with leadership and architectural responsibilities.

- Contribute to development efforts while providing technical direction to the team.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Proactively identify and address technical risks and challenges.
