About The Role :
Director, Food & Beverage
As Director of Food & Beverage department reporting to the Director of Operations, you will provide vision and leadership that fosters an engaged team and ensures quality, efficiency and superior service in the Food and Beverage division.Will oversee day-to-day operations, drive innovative promotions, and support all F&B departments in meeting financial and operational targets. Responsible for budget preparation and adherence, implement cost controls and contribute to strategic planning. The Director Food & Beverage will provide innovative learning experiences for the Food and Beverage colleagues’ base that drives the definition of personalized service and ensures the brand continues to elevate its reputation. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining service excellence and fostering growth within the F&B division.

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service, while leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Division to ensure all service standards are followed, and ensuring the implementation of standards in guest service while constantly seeking out ways to improve product and service, as well as increase volumes and profits.
Drive innovative promotions, menus, and concepts, creating a destination of choice for both Hotel and external guests, while leading and supporting all Food & Beverage departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets, and assisting in the preparation of the annual strategic plan and achieving the goals and targets therein.
Prepare annual budgets and administer them in a fiscally responsible manner, implementing effective control of food, beverage, labor, and operating expenses throughout the F&B division.
Oversee the selection, training, and development of all Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth.
Ensuring optimal performanceby being a consistent presence on the floor to support andlead the team to deliverservice excellence.
Work closely and in partnership with the culinary & stewarding teams to ensure that all food & beverage service aspects exceed guest expectations and promote teamwork as a strong component of premium service culture.
Analyze Food & Beverage business trends to develop accurate forecasts and strategies to maximize profits.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role, preferably in luxury hotel or resort environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
