Java Developer with Production Support - Immediate Joiner

Role & responsibilities

• Java Microservices, Spring Boot Experience is MUST
• They should be proficient to analyse Incident, identify RCA and develop fix to deploy in production env. Incident Management : Should have good experience in managing application support incidents, complex technical issues, responding to customers, managing incident calls. Identify RCA for each incident by coordinating with stake-holders.
• Change Management : Experience in deploying fixes in production environment through GIT LAB, change governance (Change records to implement changes through SCR/TCR)
• Cloud Environment skillset : Experience in cloud infrastructure - Monitor logs in cloud env, troubleshooting, start/stop service, deploy fixes through GITLAB
• Implement proactive measures to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.
• Flexible to work in UK shift, support during releases during weekends, after office hours during weekdays, Oncall support
• Automation of daily routine activities
