Work Location: Only Bangalore location (hybrid).

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Java, microservices architecture, Spring Boot, Kafka, any of the frontend skills

Responsibilities:

- Architect and design scalable Java-based solutions, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and implement microservices using Spring Boot, integrating with Kafka for efficient communication between services.

- Work closely with front-end developers to integrate Java backend services

- Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and system reliability.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Java and related technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Java Technical Architect in a software development environment.

- In-depth knowledge of Java, microservices architecture, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, and any of frontend tech stack

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to drive a team towards successful project delivery.

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
