Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TA Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Identify and utilize innovative sourcing channels to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Make hiring recommendations based on objective criteria and data-driven insights.
- Extend competitive offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages to ensure alignment with company budget and market rates.
- Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 14-17 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools
