Job Description
OPERATIONAL
1. Responsible for Handling of overall plant O&M Management for size of 412MWp in ISTS scheme
2. Regular coordination with AE team and O&M contractor and subcontractors to ensure " SAFE OPERATIONS"
3. Giving topmost priority to Safety every activity and maintain SAFE work culture in the plant.
4. Focus and monitoring of plant output and delivered energy with available resources.
5. Ensuring plant production and availability above KPI
6. Planning and budgeting of CAPEX & OPEX with H.O for the whole plant and adhering to it.
7. Sending regular MIS of the plant
8. Monthly OPEX monitoring with H.O coordination s.
9. Having knowledge about Substation, PV plant SCADA, Tracker SCADA, Robotic SCADA and its operations.
10. Handling of all Acciona web tools and updating them regularly
11. Regular coordination with O&M contractors- PV plant, Line, Robotic and others to meet the KPI.
12. Warehouse monitoring and provide weekly update on spares consumption by the contractor and replenishment plan.
13. Complete plant monitoring for Safety and keep full track of incidents, safety walk, safety observations and closing them properly with required procedures.
14. Training of people on safety and O&M from subcontractor to meet our safety standards.
15. Co ordinating with CECOER control center in case of issues.
16. Responsible for plant security, asset security and related matters and claims
17. Coordinating with Engineering team along with H.O and maintain the plant with fullest AE standards.
18. Coordinate with other developers for smooth 220KV line sharing related matters.
19. Solving local issues if any arises in coordination with internal departments, external agencies, government and local villagers to ensure smooth operation of the plant.
20. Having good control over subcontract and OPEX costs.
Scheduling and Forecasting
21. Coordination with H.O team (Our and Pwero marketing) on Scheduling and site team to control and monitor the production
22. Complete knowledge and implementation of scheduling and forecasting of PV plant capacity not less than 200MW with PPA with all sort with shared portions of capacity. (Government, private, exchange)
23. Must be having experience in DSM management with reduced deviation in plant operation.
24. Must be having experience in billing and follow up with CTU.
PGCIL CO ORDINATION
25. Co ordinating with PGCIL on relevant issues as point of contact for the company and ensure smooth coordination.
26. Coordinating with PGCIL on monthly delivered energy and billing process on monthly basis.
27. Co ordinating with PGCIL on 220KV bay related maintenance, breakdown, planned shutdown, any other issues.
28. Must be having interpersonal skills to coordinate at various agencies (AE, Spain, Forecasting & Schedule Companies, Contractor, PGCIL, CEA and other third-party companies)
29. Should handle CTU on daily operation for energy monitoring, outage process and other queries.
30. Having good knowledge about high voltage operations and outage process with PGCIL line bays.
Quality and certifications
31. Ensure all quality documentation and implementation at PV plant.
32. Follow regular safety updates from QSE.
33. Ensure waste management is done properly as per our standards.
34. Ensure all audits are conducted properly and audit observations are attended and closed.
35. Regular practicing of QSE standards and having smooth coordination with QSE team
36. Involving developing procedures and manuals for QSE and sharing the knowledge to contractor and sub-contractor time to time
37. Plant certification is maintained and renewed properly.
38. All calibrations is done on time and no violation to any procedures
39. Ensure quality of working environment for people and equipment s all the time
40. Conduct regular SAFETY and QUALITY meetings with site team and report them.
41. Identify and motivate RSIKs and mitigation plans, JSA, TBT Safety talks on regular basis.
Statutory Compliance
42. Make sure that all the contractors in the site follow the Labour Law Compliance
43. Frequent update of compliance status to respective Dept. Heads
44. To check & ensure Company Statutory Compliances - filings on time.
45. Working closely with HR Team to implement statutory compliance in site.
Required Skills and Competencies
Education: B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) from reputed/recognized university.
Year of experience - 10 to 11 years in Operations and Maintenance Department for Solar project site.
