AEM Developer (6-10 yrs)

Position Overview :

As a Senior AEM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will also leverage your expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure that our digital content is optimized for search engines and performs at its best.

Key Responsibilities :

AEM Development :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- Customize and extend AEM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate AEM with other systems and third-party services as needed.

- Optimize AEM performance and ensure high availability of web applications.

SEO Optimization :

- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and ranking of our digital content.

- Perform SEO audits and provide recommendations for improving on-page and off-page SEO.

- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly content.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Technical Leadership :

- Mentor junior developers and guide AEM development and SEO strategies.

- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and SEO.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

- Participate in project planning and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in AEM development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

- Proven experience in implementing SEO strategies and optimizing web content for search engines.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- Strong knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.

- Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development methodologies (e.g., Agile).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with other CMS platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Certifications related to AEM or SEO.
