Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing effective marketing strategies, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve growth objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive results and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Growth, Account Marketing and Client Relationship Management:
- Foster client relationships and drive account growth through strategic planning and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively showcase successes to direct stakeholders and explore new avenues to engage potential stakeholders, ensuring sustained client satisfaction and business growth.
- Serve as the primary contact for client interactions, resolving issues promptly and implementing retention strategies to enhance client loyalty.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders through various channels, including meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Contract Renewals:
- Lead contract renewal discussions with clients and collaborate with the legal team to finalize contract agreements.
