Job Description
- Create and share the training plan with stakeholders
- Deliver client specific training modules to new hires
- Meet training TAT for each training program
- Maintain the training records, trainees attendance feedback score for all trainings conducted
- Collect feedback from trainees to improve the quality of training
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor new joiner s performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries
- Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training
- Recommend changes in the training plan and training method
- Manage LMS platform and schedule assessments
- Update training related SOP and PWI when required
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs
- Design effective training content and prepare educational material such as module summaries
- Support and mentor new employees
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to each training
