Location:- Chennai

Shift : - General shift

Specialty: - HCC coding

Job description:

* Able to deliver SLAS

* Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis

* Manage operations through end-to-end volume planning, process document review and root cause analysis

* Assist with new team member training and ramp monitoring

* Ensure Attrition and Shrinkage targets are met

* Review overall staff performance

* Manage process KPI, Dashboards and metrics

Qualifications:

* Experience in HCC coding is preferred

* Flexible to work in shifts

* Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification
