Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using ASP.NET MVC. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Support timely delivery of technical solutions with robust written, well tested code Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices. Contribute to growing a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the Client values Be an active part of the engineering community team and collaborate with other technical leads Identifying and resolving technical debt An ability to balance business deliverables and technical excellence Support knowledge capturing and sharing inside both team and community ASP .NET Core, Identity Server 4, DynamoDb, XUnit, Moq, CodeceptJS, C# Familiar with Azure Devops Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs. Developing in a Microservices Architectural Style Good knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques Develop maintainable and supportable code:clean, reusable code that's easy to read and test. Quality oriented; understands software testing, writes tests where appropriate and the concept of test/behaviour driven development Strong problem solving capability; using appropriate debugging tools Willingness to document and share knowledge Having an agile mindset
