Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall Tendering, Contracts, Administration, Claims Management, knowledge of Item Rate, EPC Contracts (FIDIC based as well as otherwise) and BOT Contracts, knowledge of Indian Contract Act and Arbitration Act
- Contracting- Pre-tender Work & Contract Award Process
- Post Award Contract Administration
- Dispute Resolution/ Claims Management
- Vendor Development and Relationships

BE Civil with 8 -15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate
