Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst - Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance and technology, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into system solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document financial business requirements.
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Interpret financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track financial performance.
System Implementation & Enhancement :
- Work closely with IT teams to implement, test, and deploy financial system solutions.
- Suggest and oversee system enhancements to streamline financial operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users for financial tools and systems.
Compliance & Risk Management :
- Ensure financial systems and processes comply with regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to financial systems and data.

Qualifications

Education :
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or CFA (preferred).
Experience :
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis within the finance domain.
- Experience with financial tools/software like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar.
Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
