Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Microsoft ASP.NET.

Lead the development team and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.

Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular or React.

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications.

Knowledge of database systems and SQL queries.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
