Summary:As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in keeping the technology talent market relevant by upskilling and cross-skilling them. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. You will also contribute to course content development and the creation of questions for certification and assessments.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Develop and deliver training programs on technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create course content and assessments.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their learning journey.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Assist in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.

Experience in designing and developing PL/SQL code.

Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Experience with database administration tasks such as backup and recovery.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Database Administration.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
