IT Project Coordinator Role YOU AREYou have a passion for acting as the goto person for planning, organizing, and overseeing operations related to ongoing projects. You partner with others on the project team to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. THE WORKThe IT Project Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design and manage operational processes to support enablement activities during PMI Manage Enablement Services Teams and overseeing all PMI Enablement milestones are met Managing and providing data integrity reviews of key data in centralized VA Tracker tool Partner with ISIT Leads to understand and execute integration requirements Primary point of contact to coordinate Tech Enablement remote and onsite activities including Creating and distributing EID, laptop order and shipping, mobile phone migrations and conversion activities Provide routine reporting to leadership to track team efforts and identify emerging trends Contribute to development of operational processes and training documentation Be a team player, supporting your colleagues and project contacts QUALIFICATIONS Intermediate to Advance Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Word, and OutlookProject planning/management experience General Information Technology and Information Security knowledge Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines. Strong interpersonal skills.
