Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. Your role will require you to work independently and become a subject matter expert in SAP HCM Payroll.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Analyze requirements and design software solutions.

Write code to implement application components.

Conduct testing to ensure the quality of the application.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Provide maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience with programming languages such as ABAP or Java.

Knowledge of SAP HCM modules and payroll processes.

Experience with SAP HCM Payroll implementation and configuration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Recommendation:Familiarity with SAP HR modules and integration with other SAP modules.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
