Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions.

Oversee the development process and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance software development efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Informatica Cloud, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance software applications.

Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Informatica Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
